You either like Anthony Bourdain, or you don't. We do. But if you are unfamiliar with him--you may want to keep your earmuffs on. One thing is for sure, he loves Rome for many of the same reasons we do. You tube has his first show on Rome: No Reservations in three parts (one restaurant with the bird's nest is located in Trastevere, and called Roma Sparita); more recently, he just also traveled to Rome on The Layover, also in three parts (one part is below).
