Go to www.trenitalia.com for the train schedule. Trains leave from Rome Termini primarily, but sometimes from Rome Trastevere, Rome Ostiense, or San Pietro if you are traveling locally. Prices will vary by the speed of your travel (want to travel cheap? you will likely have more stops and perhaps no air conditioning).
